Greg Farrow, Partner

Greg provides clients with expert advice and services in a range of areas including business structuring and evaluation, GST, property development, superannuation and taxation planning. His clients include some of the Hunter's leading businesses in health care, manufacturing and property development.

Greg is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

David Wyatt, Partner

David provides clients with expertise in strategic planning, tax structuring and tax planning, and the operation of self-managed superannuation funds. He has been a partner of Farrow Wyatt since 1994 and serves a range of significant Hunter clients who appreciate his hands-on approach and attentive personal service.

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Geoff Thompson, Partner

Geoff was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers until 2001, when he joined Farrow Wyatt as a partner. He provides taxation and business services to many of the Hunter's leading transport, engineering, IT, retailing, wine-making, construction and property development businesses.

He has helped foreign companies to establish businesses in Australia, advising them on due diligence, tax structuring, finance and management accounting and assists local companies with advice on capital gains tax concessions, business acquisitions and disposals.

Wayne Russell, Audit Partner

Wayne joined Farrow Wyatt in July 2010 after being a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 20 years. He leads the Farrow Wyatt audit division. He has extensive experience in providing auditing and assurance services to a wide variety of clients in the private and public sectors such as State and Local Government, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction and Insurance.

Wayne is also involved in a number of industry associations and advisory groups and is President of the Australian Financial Institutions Auditors Association and the Local Government Auditors Association. He is a graduate and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a registered company auditor and APRA approved financial institution auditor.

Scott Edden, Partner

Scott has extensive experience in public practice. He qualified in 2000 while working with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He commenced with Farrow Wyatt in 2003 and became partner in 2009.

Scott advises a diverse group of small to medium-sized businesses in construction, engineering and fabrication, heavy industry, professional practice, property development, transport and importing.

Michael Minter, Partner

Michael worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Farrow Wyatt in 2001 and became partner in 2006.

Michael's specialist skills lie in the area of taxation, and self-managed superannuation funds. He directs the firm's superannuation division and provides accounting services to some of the Hunter's leading businesses as well as high-wealth individuals and families.

Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Jennifer Leslie, Director

Jennifer is the Director of Farrow Wyatt Financial Services.  She is an authorised representative of Hillross Financial Services.

Jennifer is a certified financial planner and a member of the Financial Planning Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Greg Lourey, Consultant

Greg worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 24 years, the last nine as a partner before joining Farrow Wyatt as a consultant.

Greg advises clients on strategic planning, organisational development and improving business performance.  He has provided assurance services to multinationals in Australia, the UK and the USA, covering risk management, insolvency, litigation support, forensic accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and organisational change.
